Has there ever been a time in your life when you felt disconnected from yourself or from your life’s purpose? Perhaps you were in a hard place where it seemed like dark clouds followed you everywhere you went-and you just couldn’t find inner peace. Arrione Clarke has been working with hurting individuals for over 10 years, helping them overcome personal challenges and awaken to the calm that internal harmony brings the mind and spirit. 


She is a multi-state Licensed Clinical Social Worker, holding a Master’s Degree in Social Work, and a Baccalaureate in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. With a natural gift for connecting with others, she can meet client’s where they are. Thereby, strengthening the therapeutic relationship, and effectively establishing trust which are the foundational components of various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.


As a faith-centered practitioner, Arrione attributes the depth of her passion, vision, and professional ability to her continuous devotion to Christian beliefs.  She has demonstrated a commitment to serve those in need, in love, and free from judgment.

  • How can therapy help me?

    Therapy can provide the opportunity to talk about difficult topics, receive open and non-judgemental feedback, learn new skills, and identify new ways to think, feel and behave differently.

  • Do you accept insurance and what are your rates?

    Yes. We are currently in Network with:  


    Florida- Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum


    Texas- Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Cigna,  United Healthcare, Optum, Oscar Health and Oxford


    *Clients should contact their insurance provider for Coverage Benefits and applicable co-pays and deductables. 


    Self-Pay Clients: $110 /individual sessions

    Self-Pay Clients:  $125/couples sessions

                                 


  • What can I expect during my 1st session?

    The first session, also known as Intake, is an opportunity for the client and clinician to establish rapport, go over important information, discuss client goals, answer client's questions and talk about next steps.  

  • How long will I be in therapy? When will I feel better?

    The length of time that a client is in therapy is solely dependent on the individual.  A number of factors contribute to the frequency and duration of sessions, not limited to (presenting problems, consistency of sessions, collaboration etc.)

  • Do you prescribe medication?

    No.  Prescription medications can only be prescribed by a medical doctor.  Please contact your primary care physician for more information about medications.

  • How can I schedule an appointment?

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. If  a session is canceled less than 24 hours prior, the full session fee will be charged.  

  • How does confidentiality work in therapy?

    MindMelody, PLLC. operates within the professional ethical guidelines and applicable Federal and State laws which protect the privacy of your mental health records.  


    *Limitations of Confidentiality 

    If MindMelody, PLLC. staff believes that you are a danger to yourself, to someone else, or if it is believed that a child or elderly person has been or may be abused/neglected- we are required to notify the appropriate state agency. 

  • What should I do if I'm in crisis?

    If you or  someone you know are in crisis, or may be experiencing a medical emergency please call     9-1-1 or visit your local ER immediately. 

    To speak with a National Suicide Prevention crisis counselor, please call or text 9-8-8 or 1-800-273-8255. 
    National Suicide Prevention Hotline crisis counselors are available 24/7.
